Master Tithe is a product specifically designed for the Christian church market that enables your church to accept online donations. Master Tithe is more that just a product though. It is a division of the company. Master Tithe is exclusively focused on Christian churches. It has separate sales, marketing, and management staff that are Christian. They are from different denominations and understand the unique beliefs of those and yet also understand the broad Christian belief system. Knowing the fundamental beliefs lets us effectively work with churches because we share those thoughts.
To understand Master Tithe you need to understand the motivations of the owners who are Christians. The short history is that the company (BizBanc LLC) stalled and languished following the bust of the technology bubble back in 1999/2000. Efforts to market in a shrinking commercial pool were largely unsuccessful in growing the company. The company was sustained by the dogged determination of the founder. The founder sought the guidance and council of a trusted Christian friend. The friend happened to have been in banking, corporate management, and serving as a business development consultant to a large consulting company. The founder prevailed upon his friend to help build a successful company. The friend took a hard look at the company assets and the management. He also knew the heart of the founder and said if you focus on what you know and help others then you will have a successful company that provides a truly needed service. That as they say is now history.
The founder is a Christian for more than 45 years with a degree in religion from Samford University a Baptist university. He is a licensed minister. Currently he and his wife are home team (small group) leaders in his church (among other ministries.) Their specialty is starting new home teams and developing new leaders. J. Larry Aultman started his company in 1981 and became successful working in many countries as an industrial computer data systems engineer. In the middle 1990's his company was developing systems for Fortune 500 companies and government. The natural progression to the Internet occurred. In 1997 about 160 investors put up more than $2 million and the company became investor owned. The company grew to more than 60 employees but was forced to scale back following the collapse of the technology market. In fact between 2001 and 2004 the company could not give away the product at cost - no company was doing anything with e-commerce. Realizing the change in the market the founder focused on the most promising assets the company had: online financial processing software and datacenter. In 2005 the company was able to attract two key partners Modern Payment System (Zion Bancorp holding, $55 billion, in top 25 US banks) and Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank (WFC:NYSE) in top five US banks). The company has been a Microsoft ISV (independent software developer) since 1986. In 2006 the company partnered with Microsoft© (MSFT:NASDAQ:) for backend system services utilizing Microsoft datacenter operations to provide continuous service to BizBanc customers. Microsoft opened their security services to partners and in 2007 BizBanc adopted the Windows Live ID services for site authentication with now more than 480 million people enrolled. In 2008 at the advice of his business consultant (see history above) the company moved all datacenter operations to RackSpace© (RAX:NYSE traded $530 million revenue) and Microsoft business services. Today we are creating Master Tithe and continuing the concentration of assets. In the founder's words, "I didn't start out to create a ministry. I am not sure anyone does - it is a God thing."
We believe in being open and transparent. You can look us up online as reliable sites such as the State of Florida, Department of Corporations (under BizBanc LLC). You can check our website credentials by going to any domain registrar such as Network Solutions, Register.com or Godaddy.com and doing a "whois" search. We leave our record public because we want to be found. When you visit one of our secure sites that we provide to a church you can easily search their domain for their "whois" and can view the security certificate. We find that if people can't easily determine who is behind a site that they simply go somewhere else. Churches of all places should be open and so should their service providers.
MasterTithe.com, BizBanc.com and BizBanc.net are owned by BizBanc LLC.

BizBanc and Master Tithe are seeking local area representatives to work with our church population. This is a "home-based" business opportunity. We will supply you with training and materials that you may reproduce in your sales efforts. You will be working with local churches and supporting ministries in your local area. Depending on the area you may work directly with the company or you may be working with a territorial partner. Master Tithe works on a "break-even" setup model. Of the setup fees we keep only enough to cover the actual hard costs. The balance is given to the sales representative or territorial partner. Sales representatives are not allowed to set prices. Territorial partners may participate in the revenue model based on the region that is in their protected territory. For Pricing see the "For Leadership" page.
BizBanc (Master Tithe) operate using the latest in virtual technology. Many companies are now working in a full virtual environment (for example, Ucompass.com) or partial virtual environment (for example, GE Medical Systems). A virtual environment is one where the company only maintains a very thin (low cost) physical presence. BizBanc is like a growing number of these companies where the employees work from their homes or remote offices. Technologies like VoIP and virtual servers make the traditional office a cost item rather than a useful tool. With the virtualization of our datacenters in 2008 there was no longer any need to keep offices. All of our programming and back-office maintenance had been virtual for several years. So in 2008 we became a completely virtual company. You can see more about this technology at Cisco.com telepresence.
The downside is we have to rent space for corporate meetings. The upside is that we have reduced costs to the absolute minimum. "Virtualize - ing" the company makes transparency even more important. BizBanc maintains a physical address for all the legal and tax reasons. Without the total virtualized method we would have to significantly raise prices to cover cost. The company may be virtual but it has been in business for 28 years.
