How to Get Started with Master Tithe:

Getting started is very simple.

1. Call or email or office: 850-216-1204 (sales at mastertithe.com)
2. Our sales staff will send you the appropriate forms to sign (required by law for banking transactions.)
3. We establish your secure site (takes about three business days because we must order your SSL certificate.)
4. Help you setup you fund accounts (like "General Fund" or "Building Fund" etc.)
5. Activate your account.

From the initial contact to live site online takes about three to five business days usually and a couple hours of your time.  Why can't I download the forms?  There are two different types of money exchange programs that require different authorizations.  Our staff will discuss the options to choose the correct one for you.

Pricing Information:

Master Tithe believes in relationships these are core to success both for Master Tithe and for the church.  We use local representatives if at all possible.  Your local representative is allowed to set their prices within our pricing guideline.  This allows the parties to strike the correct balance. The company has final pricing control however.  Naturally some areas are more expensive than others so unfortunately there is no single price point.

Suggested Standard Pricing (includes all sales fees, nothing else will be added):

• Setup fee $499 (includes certificates, licenses, internal marketing materials)
• Minimum service fee $20/month (equivalent to the cost of your first 15 to 20 donations depending on the amount of the gifts.)
• Cost per thousand donation: less than $15.00 (Example: $1000 donation could cost $15 compare this to the average online credit card fee of $45)
• Per item charge: $1 (banks charge a flat fee to handle the exchange.)

Master Tithe pays all bank fees and system costs out of the above, there are no additional costs.

Get your setup fee paid back!  We are more than simply the processor.  We help you get your members involved and we will give you your setup fee back (our gift).

Custom Package Pricing:

Master Tithe recognizes that "one shoe" doesn't always fit.  For example, suppose that your church wishes to accept credit card payment for things like Tee-shirts, books, or church camp in addition to the normal gift services, we can help you with that as well.  Pricing is determined through negotiation while determining your specific needs.  Master Tithe is very competitive on our normal card rates.  Give us a call at 850-216-1204 for any question you have.
