Online tithing can provide several advantages. One is increased giving because
of the 24x7 availability of the system. It allows you to use your newsletters
and email to communicate needs to your membership in a personal fashion and you
give them immediate access to make a gift. It allows parents to pay for trips
and other youth related functions. It is unobtrusive in your member’s lives yet
is always right there with a click. Many churches don’t want to accept a credit
card charge as a tithe. Master Tithe is just like a check, it is drawn on funds
that the member has.
FACT: More than 75% of US households are online to shop, pay bills, or use email at home and at work. If you do not provide your membership an opportunity to give online you are denying your members their opportunity and blessing to give to your church.

Doing business at church. Christians often have the mindset right or wrong that doing business in the church is somehow sinful or at least wrong. This thinking stems from the event where Jesus threw the money-changers out of the synagogue. Sadly this story of exploitation by greedy men has come to symbolize the relationship between the church and business as being something bad. Jesus spoke often of money and we understand that through His sacrifice that there now exists a new covenant, that the Law of Moses while useful has been replaced by a the new covenant in His blood. Abraham gave of his best (a tithe or 10%) not under the Law of Moses because Abraham came before Moses but from his desire to please God. Christians are admonished in the New Testament (Hebrews) to give our tithe or gift out of our desire to please Him.
FACT: People give to what they believe in. Christians give to their church because they believe in the mission of that church.
The owners and management of Master Tithe are Christians. We prefer to do business with Christians. We treat our clients (churches) with respect and dignity at all times. We understand relationships are critical in business and in personal interactions. Our desire is to advance the cause of Christ through His Church. We wish to give members the opportunity to give to their respective churches in a way that is safe, convenient, and readily accessible. We respect the fact that many churches don’t want to accept credit cards because this may be a temptation for some members or guests. Unless specifically requested we don't allow "plastic".
Why Master Tithe? As business people we also engage in business outside the church. We give non-church businesses the same respect that we give the church community. However the unique belief system of the Christian sets us apart from other business. Master Tithe is dedicated to the specific needs of the church because we understand those unique needs of the Christian community. Let's put what we mean very clearly. We can't address the specific requirements of the church with products designed for commercial use because they are different. Master Tithe is designed to allow us to do business with a product line that is specifically tailored to Christian needs. We believe that Jesus understood that businesses need to make a profit. He simply asks that we take care of His Church first and we deal honestly and fairly with each other.
Getting started is very simple.
From the initial contact to a live site online takes about three to five business days usually and a couple hours of your time.
Master Tithe believes in relationships and that these are core to success both for Master Tithe and for the church. We use local representatives if at all possible. Your local representative is allowed to set their prices within our pricing guideline. This allows the parties to strike the correct balance. The company has final pricing control however. Naturally some areas are more expensive than others so unfortunately there is no single price point.

Master Tithe recognizes that "one shoe" doesn't always fit. For example, suppose that your church wishes to accept credit card payment for things like Tee-shirts, books, or church camp in addition to the normal tithe services, we can help you with that as well. Pricing is determined through negotiation while determining your specific needs.
