What do you need, we're listening?

 Master Tithe is here to serve you.  We want to help your ministry efforts.  How can we do that better?

Your wish list:

You or your staff should be encouraged to ask for improvements.  We accept these wish list items and use them to decide how to make things work better.  Often churches use other software products like accounting, or membership management for example.  If you need your existing software to "play well together" with Master Tithe then tell us about your needs.  Often it is something we can fix if we just know.  We also have contractors that specialize in integrating products for specific requirements.  So small or large we have the resources.

How to submit your needs:

We wish we could read minds sometimes.  But we don't so you will have to describe what it is that you need. Write as much detail as you can and all the steps involved.  Why you want a change is important too because it might be something others want but never ask.

Here is an example of what NOT to tell us:  "I need it [Master Tithe] to send members to my member list."  Believe it or not we get suggestions such as this one.  Not much we can do with this one.

An example that is more helpful: "We use Microsoft Excel 2003 to maintain a list of members.  We need Master Tithe to export a member list that we can import into our Excel spreadsheet."
